Level Up Your Property Management with A.I.

How to use monday.com and Bitskout A.I. to elevate your property management processes and save time, grow revenues and prepare for the future

· productivity,property management,real estate,monday

Managing a property is a complex task - there are multiple stakeholders, documents, there is always something to fix, inspect, or double-check. In many cases, it is almost always hands-on and the presence required.

By using tools like monday.com or Asana, managing properties can become coordinated and productive. Now you can manage operations from one point and see what's is going on in real-time. And in this post, we wanted to show you how to move your operations to the next level with artificial intelligence.

Here is a video overview of the post below:

Let's focus on the inspection and cleaning part because this operation has a direct impact on tenants. We will create a simple monday.com board with the following structure:

a monday.com board that we will use to create operations for property management

Each line would be one cleaning operation. We'll also create a form that a cleaning team would fill in once they are done:

a form that cleaning team has to fill in and upload the photos as a proof of work

The most important part in this form is the photos. The key change to the process that we will bring is a requirement to add photos once the work is done. This change is fundamental for future growth in productivity in your business. You can also convert form URL into a QR code and put it into property so that the team always knows what to fill.

Next thing we will create an image analysis model that will check the images. We will use standard labels just to make sure that the photos are from the real property and not a random set of pictures.

And let's add this model to a workflow and create a recipe for our board:

Additionally, we can add an automation to notify us if the task fails (e.g. the Property Analysis workflow will reject the task). We will need to pay close attention to it in the beginning and fix potential errors.

Extra automations that we can to monday.com board for our cleaning operations.

Now if we run the task and fill in the form and we will not add any pictures, we will receive a "Rejected" status.

And here is our notification:

But if we supply correct photos, then the task will be validated by Bitskout.

In a summary, we've added an important step into our process - collecting data about work which will become the foundation for your company growth with help of A.I.

Collecting photos about properties and work will allow to build an important asset over time called proprietary data. Using that data you will be able quickly and cheaply create artificial algorithms for your own needs. We can imagine the following models:

  • Analyze potential property pictures and predict price and time to sell based on location, number of rooms, state and etc.
  • Create recommendations per client or create client recommendation per property,
  • Automate inspection validation
  • etc.
By using new proprietary data you will also be able provide new algorithms as a service to similar companies via Bitskout or other A.I. marketplaces. All in all, the only thing that keeps you from leveraging artificial intelligence for all your operation is the absence of data. Enter Bitskout!
