Keywords are an important piece of information management - they are used in search ranking, in providing context to the content we are about to read, and also give us criteria to sort.
If you are in marketing and create blog posts like this one you are reading, then keywords are the key part of the process. The process of manual keyword insertion works pretty well and gives good results.
New Bitskout A.I. models now allow extracting keywords automatically from a given text. You can use such functionality as a part of your content marketing process where the A.I. will generate you the keywords for the first blog post draft allowing the author to adjust the content to the desired keywords set:
In the above screenshot, you can see the set of keywords that were generated by A.I. Using features in monday.com or Asana, you can convert the keywords into tags. Using tags has its advantages because it can give you a different dimension of content performance - what keyword I am getting the best performance with. And as you use machine-generated keywords, you can be sure that they are free of bias - a machine generates keywords according to its algorithms.
As an extra feature when creating the keywords extraction model Bitskout allows you to provide examples. Using examples you can adjust the keyword extraction behaviour where our artificial intelligence model will try to fit your desired keyword extraction logic.
This is particularly useful in the scenarios where you want to extract some key information from the text to make the next decision faster or create a custom categorization. For instance, if you receive customer requests and you want to extract a product name from the message and convert it into a tag, then using examples is a way to go.
Below is the screenshot showing a custom set of keywords for the same text as we've seen in first part of the post:
Keywords provide a great way to have an understanding of the content you generate and provide you with extra flexibility when used as tags. It is one of the most underestimated features that is rarely used in project management. However, it is one of the best productivity hacks that we know of.
