When you have a high volume of incoming information, like emails or contact form submission, you can get overwhelmed with work. We all have our prioritisation technique to categorise information so we can start with the most urgent issues.
The challenge, however, is that to apply this technique we need to read to the end of the email or text to understand it is a whole. And this eats time. In this blog we will show how to create summaries or so called "talking points" from any text using Monday.com and Bitskout A.I.

We will use a standard Contact Us form template from Monday.com and add it to our workspace. We will also add two extra columns : Status and Tags.

Now we need to create a Text Analysis model that will detect key phrases. We will not specify any key phrases, which means that A.I. will return Top 10 talking points.

Next, we will wrap this model into a workflow called "Key Phrases (All)" and add one extra steps - output to Tags:

Now, we are almost ready. We need to add Recipe that will run the workflow. We will use Status column to trigger the analysis, and we will check the text in the field "Comments".

Additionally, because we've used tags, all the key phrases above will be converted into tags that you can use a catalogue later on.

Hence, using key phrases you can create text, document, email and contact form submission summaries to improve your productivity. Additionally, you can also create more detailed Key Phrases models that will check if a certain phrases is present. This way you can route tasks based on content between boards or assign to various teammates.
