Assuming that you already record meetings and generate transcripts, these are the steps to create a Bitskout model to generate the required answers.
Type the model name and choose Text Creation type. From the dropdown list select the Questions to Text option.
The next thing is to configure the parameters - the most important thing is to decrease the creativity of the A.I., you want only facts.
And now you can set up your questions. We recommend sticking to 3-4 questions and have multiple models.
Once you have configured your questions, press Close and then press Apply. Now the model is ready. You can create multiple models to analyse different types of meetings and get different answer depending on your context.
