In many industries a mistake in a document can lead to extra costs and delays. Hence, it makes sense to create templates and ask teams to fill them in the exact manner. However, mistakes still appear. To avoid such mistakes people are checking documentation manually by, well, looking at and finding the differences.
Using Bitskout A.I. models you now can free your team mates from such an unpleasant and mundane task. Here is how it works in monday.com.
Type the model name and then choose Data Comparison mode.
There are two options - Compare Documents and Compare Images. In our example we will compare documents (e.g. files where we want to see differences in text).
Choose Compare Documents from a dropdown list.
The next thing that you need to choose is the way you want to highlight the differences. In our example we've selected a semi-transparent market type with blue color highlight.
The rest of the options we will leave as they are. Press Apply to save the model.
Then we will need to create a workflow that will look like this:
Everything is ready now to be used in monday.com. To trigger the workflow we will use a special recipe that allows to compare files from two columns:

And now let's test it by changing the status to Compare:
